What to Expect
Tices Shoal offers shallow, swimmable water and clean conditions, with stair access to the beaches of Island Beach State Park. It's a great spot for swimming, clamming, and simply hanging out on the water, with plenty going on around you.
Good to Know
Tices Shoal tends to be more lively toward the north end and more family-friendly toward the south, especially on summer weekends. Currents in the area can be strong, so we handle the anchoring and keep an eye on conditions throughout your visit.
